Mission of SBPA Services, Inc.

 

SBPA Services, Inc. is an Arizona non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation headquartered in Tucson, Arizona. The corporation's purpose is to provide services for the Sociedad Benefactora y Protección Animal (SBPA) A.C. in San Carlos, Nuevo Guaymas, Sonora, Mexico, its endeavors and related programs.

 

Goals of SBPA Services, Inc. 501(c)(3)


  1. To provide equipment, medical supplies, medicine, food and related items necessary for the continued operation of the Sociedad Benefactora y Proteccion Animal (SBPA) A.C., a non-profit Mexican civil association, in it endeavors and related programs;
  2. To provide funding for the operation of the SBPA A.C. no-cost Spay/Neuter Clinic for the animals belonging to low income families and for animals that are feral, abandoned and homeless.
  3. To provide funding for community education;
  4. To provide funding for vaccinations to reduce disease in the animal population; and
  5. To provide funding for all other SBPA A.C. related services.

History of SBPA Services, Inc. 501(c)(3)

1993

The Santuario is born, answering a need in San Carlos for a refuge for animals in crisis. Loosely organized in the beginning, it was the forerunner and provided the main financial support and supplies for the SBPA A.C.

1995

SBPA A.C. is created. As the population of San Carlos expanded, the needs in the animal community dramatically increased and resulted in the demand for increased animals services. The need gave rise to the formation of a community organization to service these needs. The SBPA A.C. was formed by the founder of Santuario to provide these extended services and to involve community resources in meeting these needs.

2003

Increased demand on resources resulted in the establishment of a tax-free corporation. SBPA Services, Inc. is granted 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status in Tucson, Arizona.

2007

A website for SBPA Services, Inc. 501(c)(3) is launched.

  2. Para mantener al financiamiento para la operación de la clínica de esterilazación sin coste de SBPA A.C, para la población de ingreso bajo, para los animales callejeros, abandonado, y nómada;
  3. Para mantener al financiamiento para la educación de la comunidad;
  4. Para mantener al financiamiento para vacunación para reducir enfermedad en el población animal; y

Historia de SBPA Services, Inc. 501(c)(3)

1993

El Santuario se lleva, contestando a una necesidad en San Carlos para un refugio de animales en crisis. Organizado libremente en el principio, era el precursor y con tal que la ayuda financiera y las fuentes principales para del SBPA A.C.

1995

Se crea SBPA en San Carlos. Cuando la poblacion de San Carlos crecio, las necesidades de los animales aumentaron y dio como resultado una gran demanda de servicios y cuidados hacia ellos. SBPA fue creada por el fundador del santuario para proveer esos servicios e involucrar a la comunidad para satisfacer las necesidades de los animales.

2003

La demanda creciente en recursos dio lugar al establecimiento de una corporación exenta de impuestos. SBPA Services, Inc. se concede el estado extento de impuesto 501(c)(3) en Tucson, Arizona, E.E.U.U.

2007

SBPA Services, Inc. 501(c)(3) se lanza un sitio de web.
